2008 Cabin Rental Rates

Winter Rates (First weekend of December - Last Weekend in March, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor

Day Weekend)

One Unit - $110.00 per night

This price includes the first 4 people.
Each additional person - $10.00.

Two Units - $220.00 per night

This price includes the first 8 people.
Each additional person - $10.0

Non - Winter Rates (First Weekend in April - Last Weekend in November)

One Unit - $90.00 per night

This price includes the first 4 people.
Each additional person - $10.00.

Two Units - $180.00 per night

This price includes the first 8 people.
Each additional person - $10.00.

Deposit Policy

Please send 50% of your total fee, less tax to reserve your space. Balance and tax due upon arrival.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your reservation 60 days in advance, we will refund 90% of the total (10% handling fee). Otherwise please consider your deposit as a donation to the ministry of Bethany Birches Camp.

Meals & Rooms Tax

The state of Vermont requires that we charge a 9% meals and rooms tax to all individuals and groups who use our facilities unless you are a church or another religious organization. Please add this to your fee when paying.

* Children 5 and under stay free.

** If staying for more than 2 week-nights (Mon. - Fri.) there is a $20.00/night discount.

Use this form to request available dates.
A price estimate will be sent to you based on group size and number of nights.
Upon receipt of your deposit (50% total amount) we will send confirmation of your reservation including directions, cabin use guidelines and other information.
