 Have you ever used RSS (Really Simple Syndication)? For more info on RSS check out this article or watch this video.
If you just want to start using RSS and don't know where to start, we recommend you download Google Reader. There are many ways to subscribe to RSS feeds, but, Google makes a very good, easy to use version which is why we're recommending this.
